Warrior Football NLI Signings

 Congratulations to Coach Lacey and five MHS Warrior Football players, who signed Wednesday to go on and play college football!   Gunnar Fehrer and Dylan Witt signed National Letters of Intent to Willamette University.  Zach Kinzel signed at Olivet University.  And Kordell Crawford and Bridger Mortensen inked letters to play at the College of Idaho.

Fall Sports Parent Meeting

The Fall Sports Parent Meeting will be Thursday, August 17th, at 6 PM in the Main Gym.  The coaching staffs of each sport will have a meeting with their parents immediately after.

Football Team Spring Clean

On April 23rd, members of the MHS Football team volunteered their time to assist the Meridian P.D. in the Annual Meridian Spring Clean. This event was a great opportunity for players to bond and give back to the community. 25 players participated in the event. We have great kids at MHS!

Football Makes State Play Offs Again

Our boys did what they had to do by beating Vallivue in front of a packed Senior Night crowd, qualifying for the Idaho State Football Play Offs for the second straight season under Head Coach Porter Lacey.  A trip last Friday to visit an explosive Lewiston High School squad seemed daunting, to say the least,

Fall Sports Parent Meeting

The Fall Sports Parent Meeting will be Tuesday, August 18th, at 6 p.m. in the Main Gym. All those with students involved in a fall sport are encouraged to attend. The meeting will last about a half an hour, and the individual sports will have their parent meetings after its conclusion.

NCAA Letter of Intent

Senior offensive/defensive lineman Richard Bettencourt signed his official letter of intent to play football at the University of Wyoming on Wednesday December 18.  Richard will be graduating early from Meridian High in order to enroll at Wyoming for the spring 2014 semester.  In the picture, surrounding Richard from left to right is Luke Wolf MHS

Wyoming Bound

Senior Offensive Lineman Richard Bettencourt has committed to play football at the University of Wyoming.  Richard was an All SIC Honorable Mention during the 2012 season and also lettered in Varsity Basketball.
