Spring Basketball Open Gym Information

Both the boys and girls basketball programs have announced their spring open gym times. New Head Girls Basketball Coach

Matt Creech, long time MHS assistant coach, has been named as the Head Girls Basketball Coach for the Lady Warriors. After graduating from Meridian in 2008, Creech joined the Boys staff and served for four years as an assistant for the Sophomore program. He then moved over the girls side of things and has served

Winter Sports Parent Meeting

The winter sports parent meeting is Wednesday, November 18th at 6:30 pm in the North Cafeteria.  All parents of students participating in winter sports should plan on attending.

Girls Basketball

Congratulations to seniors Shelbie Martinez and Carli Rice for being selected to play in the Girls Basketball Senior All-Star game on March 11 at Vallivue High School.

Girls Basketball vs. Kuna

The game times for the Girls Basketball game scheduled for this Saturday December 6 versus Kuna have been switched.  The Soph/Frosh will now play at 12:30, JV at 2:00 and varsity will play at 3:30.  The location has changed as well, the games will be at the old Kuna High School off of Ten Mile

Little Warriors

Parents who have children in the 3rd, 4th or 5th grade can sign their kids to be a part of the Little Warriors program at Meridian High School.  The kids will be taught fundamental skills by MHS players and coaches and will also play games at halftimes of the boys and girls varsity basketball games.


Due to today’s weather, information regarding Boys Basketball try-outs and Girls Basketball practices will be released at 2:00 today by the West Ada School District’s Office.
