Congratulations to our own Bob Uhlenkott in being named the Southern Idaho Conference Boys Tennis Coach of the Year for the 2014 season.  This is Coach U’s second consecutive Coach of the Year award, he was the 2013 Girls Coach of the Year as well.

Dance Tryouts

Attention Dancers: Pre-tryout meeting for potential Warriorettes and parents will be on May 8, 5:00 in the North Cafeteria.  Dance clinic will be on May 12-13, 6:00 a.m. in the MHS gym.  Tryouts will be May 14, 6:00 a.m. in the MHS gym.

New Dance Coach

Alexis Langworthy was announced as the new Dance coach at Meridian High School on Tuesday morning.  Alexis returns to the helm as head of the Warriorettes after previously being the head Dance coach from 2000-2006, in which she left to focus on help raising her young family.  Alexis is a 1995 graduate of Centennial High

Four year letter man Laura Humphreys has signed a letter of intent to play tennis for the College of Idaho.  In her senior season she has played the #1 girls singles and #1 girls doubles positions earning a 13-2 record to date.  She has doubled her wins in every successive year of her high school career and

Nationals Dance

The Warriorette Dance team represented Meridian High School very well last week at the MDDT Dance competition in Anaheim, California.  The Girls took home a fourth place trophy for their Jazz performance and a second place trophy for their Military performance.  Links to videos of the girls dancing at nationals is below. BSU Physicals
